Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Accuracy of billing, delivery & account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed under false pretenses.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to provide correct, complete and accurate delivery information. If our driver is unable to find your residence due to incorrect information given by you, you accept full responsibility for any delays to delivery or to any overripe or expired products that you receive as a result of said delays

Modifications, product purchase & prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile and ever-changing nature of the fresh produce market, the prices for our products may increase or decrease at any time. Customers pay a price for our products based on their cost price at the time they place their order, not at the time of delivery. Any subsequent decrease in price of an item does not entitle customers to a refund of any portion of the price they paid at time of purchase.

We also reserve the right at any time to modify any product without notice at any time. This means the specific variety or country of origin of any given piece of produce may be different from what was stated at the time of ordering. Similarly, the contents of any of our pre-made fruit & vegetable boxes may change between the time of ordering and the time of delivery.

All products offered by us are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels and supply prices. If you are a 'subscription' customer (e.g. where you choose to have repeat orders of products) the prices for certain products may therefore differ from the price for those products when first ordered by you. The prices for all products ordered on a subscription basis shall be those prices for the products stated on our Website. We recommend that you check the website regularly.

Ordering a Product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive from you a cancellation of or change to your orders before the cut-off deadlines, for home customers indicated on your account or for office customers as mentioned above. We are also happy to inform you of these deadlines by email if you wish to contact us by email. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline. We reserve the right to deliver and charge in full for any order unless we have received notice of cancellation before the published cut-off deadline. This deadline is important since, typically, we make up the deliveries for dispatch to you the day before delivery and obtain some of the products especially to fulfil your order and may not be able to sell the products elsewhere. For any payments you have made for orders which have been properly cancelled, a credit will be applied to your account.

Delivery Area

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to only those who fall within our delivery area, which we may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.


Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded as long as the request for cancellation is sent to ( email ) no later than 12 hours after you have placed your order. Any requests made after this time will be dealt with at our discretion. We do not issue returns or refunds on gift cards. If We can’t refund we sometimes offer the option to postpone a delivery to a later date or turn your order into credit.

Unpaid Orders

We will only deliver orders that have been paid in full. You accept any delays to your order being delivered due to late or incomplete payments. If the customer has asked for items to be added / changed in their order, thus increasing the total price of said order, we reserve the right to not deliver any of the items until the remaining, outstanding amount has been paid, including the items in the original order.

Similarly, if a payment is delayed or denied by your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or other payment method, we reserve the right to abstain from making your delivery until such time as the full payment has been successfully received by us.

Late Orders

We close off next-day deliveries at 12:00 noon BST. Due to technical limitations, it is still possible for orders to come in after this time under certain circumstances. Though the customer may be informed that their order has been accepted and confirmed, we do not necessarily guarantee that these orders will be delivered on the date selected. We reserve the right to reschedule all or part of any order that was placed after 12:00 noon BST on the day before the chosen delivery date.

Damages & Issues With Order Content

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues with incorrect, missing or damaged items within an order will usually be resolved either through a refund or replacement of said items, although this is always at our discretion and we reserve the right to offer an alternate solution to refunds or replacements (or no compensation at all) if we deem it suitable.

If you find an item is damaged on receipt but still remains edible, we will either refund you 50% of the value paid for the item or offer the affected item free of charge in your next order as a replacement. If you find an item is significantly damaged on receipt and is no longer edible, we will refund you 100% of the value paid for the item or offer the affected item free of charge in your next order as a replacement. If damaged items are reported to us more than 24 hours after order arrived, we will be unable to recoup any of our losses from our suppliers or the courier company, and as a result we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the matter in your favour so please do report any problems as soon as possible


If a refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vouchers & Discount Code

Except where discount codes are advertised with a specific expiry date, we reserve the right to discontinue any voucher code or offer at any time.

Discounts do not apply to gift card purchases, charity donations, or delivery fees. We reserve the right to exclude any other items from any discount scheme without warning.

Discounts are only applied to the items being purchased at the time of placing your order. Discount codes cannot and will not be applied retroactively. Any new items that you request to be added to your order at a later time will be added at the full, retail price, without any discounts that may have been applied to the rest of your order. When placing an order with a discount code, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any codes have been applied correctly and that the new total for the order has been calculated correctly and matches what is expected before making their payment. Once a payment has been made, no changes to the discounts used can or will be made.

In instances where offers require an order to meet a certain value, such as free delivery on orders over £30, this value refers to the value of the order after any discounts have been applied. If applying a discount code reduces the value of an order such that it is now under this limit, the customer will not be eligible to claim any such offer.

Where discount codes are advertised as intended for those placing their first order, this refers to the first order being placed by one household, family or delivery address. Any family, household or delivery address that has already previously placed an order with us is not eligible to receive these discounts, including instances where an order was placed but then later cancelled. In instances where we determine that ineligible orders have been placed using these codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. In instances where customers are eligible to use more than one discount code, they will need to select only one and apply that

Gift Cards

After purchasing a gift card, you will be emailed a unique code which can be used at the checkout to purchase products up to the money value of the card. If you do not receive this email, it is your responsibility to contact us so that we can rectify the issue. Once you have received the code, it is your responsibility to send it on to the person whom you wish to gift the card to. We do not take any responsibility for gift card numbers that are stolen or otherwise fall into the wrong hands, in which case they may be used up before the intended recipient can claim them. Those making purchases with gift cards are not entitled to use any other discounts on their order.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. If a purchase is made that is less than the total value of the gift card, the remaining amount stays on the card and can be used as part of a later purchase. Any refunds that need to be given on items purchased using a gift card will be given in the form of another gift card.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or durability.

In no case shall BRAW EATRAW Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
