Product Information

How long will the fruit last?

As every fruit is different, we can't give an exact answer to this question. Many of our fruits will require further ripening at home and may not be ready to eat for a few days. Equally, some are perishable and will need to be eaten within 48–72 hours before they spoil. We won't send fruit out to you if it will have less than 2 days shelf life once it arrives with you.

Are the fruit organic?

We try to source organically wherever we can. In order to ensure a reliable and consistent supply of fruits we work with many different suppliers, all of whom use different farms to procure their stock. This means that it's quite possible that one week we might, for example, have organic granadilla but the following week we may have received Granadilla from a farm that doesn't farm organically. For up to date information about which fruits are organic, please contact us prior to placing your order. a 100 % organic box is something we look to provide in the near future.

The fruit i want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

If what you're looking for is not in stock or the product is not listed on our website or you would like to find out about a specific fruit please get in contact with us via email. We are able to sourced a wide variety of exotic fruit by working with many suppliers that sourced fruits from all over the globe.

How are orders packaged?

Packaging usually comprises a Recycle cardboard box in addition with protective wrapping to ensure the fruit is properly protected during transit. We never use more packaging than necessary, we adopt a minimalist approach to reduce our carbon footprint we are doing all our best to be environmentally friendly

Delivery Information


We Deliver to all London postcodes only between Wednesday - Saturday. Once order has been processed you will be given a delivery day and time slot. All other areas in the UK are dispatched on Tuesday - Wednesdays via a courier service.

Delivery and delivery time slots

Your delivery day and time slot simply indicates your window for delivery. While we will do our best to make your delivery within this timeframe, we do not guarantee this will be the case. For example if you were given a delivery time slot of 9:00am to 11:00am we aim and do all our best to get there within the time frame but sometimes due to traffic there may be a delay

Where is my order ?

If a delivery does not arrive on the chosen day, or we have not contacted you 2 hours after your delivery slot it is your responsibility to contact us that evening and inform us so that we may make arrangements to fix the issue. As long as we have been made aware of it, we will attempt redelivery on the next possible day. We reserve the right to change the delivery fee and the rules surrounding it at any time or for specific products and offers.


All postcodes not in London We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from your order date, it may be longer at busy periods. Once dispatched, all items will be delivered via a next day recorded delivery service. You will be notified with tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch between Tuesday & Wednesday.

What if I am not home upon delivery?

If you're not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to reach you to arrange a new attempt or leave a note at your door with more information. If you've entered a mobile phone number when you originally placed your order, you will also receive a text message with a unique link to manage your shipment. If you're not going to be home please contact us as soon as possible to be able to redeliver your order or leave with a neighbour or a desired place.

Can I get a regular weekly box from you?

Yes. We offer subscription boxes that you will find in our shop that start from 2 to 4 weeks a month.

Orders / Returns

How to report a problem with an item in my order?

Please email a picture of the item in question within 24 hours of receipt, Please refer to our refunds and exchange policy below. If a claim, with photographic evidence, for a damaged item is made by email within 24 hours of receipt we will refund or replace goods on the following basis: If you find an item is damaged on receipt but still remains edible, we will either refund you 50% of the value paid for the item or offer the affected item free of charge in your next order as a replacement. If you find an item is significantly damaged on receipt and is no longer edible, we will refund you 100% of the value paid for the item or offer the affected item free of charge in your next order as a replacement. If damaged items are reported to us more than 24 hours after order arrived, we will be unable to recoup any of our losses from our suppliers or the courier company, and as a result we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the matter in your favour so please do report any problems as soon as possible


Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded as long as the request for cancellation is sent to ( email ) no later than 12 hours after you have placed your order. Any requests made after this time will be dealt with at our discretion. We do not issue returns or refunds on gift cards. If We can’t refund we sometimes offer the option to postpone a delivery to a later date or turn your order into credit.


If a refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
